Toddler Bowling Pin Game from Recycled Bottles {Delightfully Creative}

Here is an easy craft and great handmade gift idea for toddlers. All you need is recycled bottles and washi tape.

When Cupcake was a baby starting on solids, she loved Gerber puffs. I looked at the bottle one day and thought, hey, this looks just like a bowling pin. So, I started cleaning them out and saving them.

I thought about painting them and covering them with fabric, but in the end, I went with good old washi tape.

Now, Cupcake has some cute, girly bowling pins to knock down and I recycled a bunch of bottles-it's a win/win.

  1. So cute! I love how all the colours go together. I never got on the Washi train, but this makes wish I had. If you're looking for another place to share your projects, I would love to have you stop by Etcetorize and join our Make it Monday party.

  2. What a creative idea to share with a child from a bowling family. My brother loves bowling and does it competitively. Him and his wife just had their first kid and I want to do something for them. Making them something like this would really mean a lot to them I think.
