Fish Tacos with Mango Salsa and Lime Sauce (Non Spicy) {Delightfuly Morsels}

This is one of my favorite meals to eat, especially in the Summer time, but I'm not going to lie-I eat it year round! It's really fast and easy to make and, of course, YUMMY. And I don't even really eat much fish or like mangoes outside of this dish. Also, the lime sauce is incredible.

  • 1 lb of flaky white fish (I use tilapia)
  • 4 Tblsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 Tblsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tblsp Soy Sauce
    Mango Salsa
  • 2 Chopped Bell Peppers
  • 1 Small Red Onion, finely chopped
  • 4 Mangoes, Peeled and Chopped into 1/2 inch chunkc
  • 2 Cloves Pressed Garlic
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • Salt to Taste
    Lime Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise
  • 1 5 Oz container of Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tblsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Clove Pressed Garlic
  • Salt to taste
    For Assembly
  • Shredded Cabbage
  • Flour Tortillas
1. Fish: Combine Lime Juice, Vegetable Oil, and Soy Sauce in a shallow dish. Add the fish and turn to coat. Let marinate at least 15 minutes.
2. Mango Salsa: Mix Bell Peppers, Onion, Mangoes, Garlic, Lime Juice, and Salt in medium size bowl, set aside for taco assembly.
3. Lime Sauce: Mix Mayonnaise, Yogurt, Lime Juice, Garlic, and Salt in small bowl. Set aside for taco assembly.
4. Fish: Saute fish until cooked through-they should easily break up into bite-size pieces.
5. Assemble Tacos: Spread Lime Sauce on tortilla. Add fish, salsa, and cabbage.
